The Yugo M59 was created and used by Yugoslavia. During the Balkan conflicts of the 90s, they saw use with all factions during the war.
Originally adopted in the late 1950s, these steel helmets are still in use today.
For their age and material, they have actually been shown to do better than most other steel helmets at stopping certain small arms fire.
These are all used objects, and will show signs of use. Therefore we will not accept returns based on condition.
Grade 1 helmets are still used but will be functional. They may have some light surface rust spots, or scuffs from use and storage.
Grade 2 helmets could have heavier surface rusting or missing or incomplete liners.
