Made to be used for OPFOR training and exercises to properly simulate Soviet forces. Worn in conjunction with the M1 Helmet Liner (not included). These are very uncommon and only seem to be popping up recently.
Overall great condition, have been in storage for about half a century so they could use a quick cleaning.
