Unissued USGI Charcoal Lined MOPP Suit
The USGI Woodland MOPP (Mission-Oriented Protective Posture) Suit, also known as the Battle Dress Overgarment (BDO), is a type of military uniform designed to provide protection against chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threats. This suit was primarily used by the United States military during the late 20th and early 21st centuries.
Sets come sealed in their original package. Because they are charcoal lined, there will be charcoal dust in your package from them sitting in storage since the 1980s.
Do not wash these. You can remove excess charcoal powder with a vacuum.
Because of their age these are being sold for collection or use as workwear or even hunting. They are not effective in combating CBRN threats.
Because they were meant as overgarments, they run large. For best fit order one size smaller than your normal size.
