Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
We accept returns within 15 days after delivery for a Refund, Store Credit, or Exchange. To open a return or exchange please contact help@kruschiki.com/customerservice@kruschiki.com or please use your account to request a return and we will be in contact with you.
Returns must be returned in the same condition they are shipped in. Kruschiki supply company does monitor return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns and exchanges. Excessive returns may result in store credit being issued in place of a refund.
**Items marked as close out are sold as is and we do not accept returns**
International Customers there is a 20% restocking fee if packages are returned as not claimed or returned because you do not pay your countries import fees. these fees are not something we can control so please make sure you understand this when placing your order.
Return shipping: will be provided by the customer, however if needed KSC can provide return a label and deduct the cost from the refund amount.
If your order arrived damaged or containing the wrong items: KSC will provide return postage, send the correct items, or refund. Please reach out to customer service within 5 days of delivery.
