Kruschiki Supply Company (KSC) Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility:

  • You may return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact help@kruschiki.com or customerservice@kruschiki.com, or submit a request through your account.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition with all original packaging.

2. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • If you request a return label from KSC, the cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

3. Exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on exchanges as well as the shipping cost for the new item once the exchange is processed.

4. Closeout Items:

  • Items marked as "closeout" are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Multiple Size Orders:

  • If you order multiple sizes of the same item (e.g., to try different sizes), we will issue store credit for any returns. Refunds will not be issued for these returns.

6. International Orders:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to returns due to failure to claim the package or non-payment of import fees. These fees are outside of KSC’s control, so please verify your country’s import policies before placing an order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, KSC will cover return shipping and either send the correct items or issue a refund. Please contact customer service within 5 days of receiving your order if there are any issues.

8. Abuse of Return/Exchange Policy:

  • KSC reserves the right to limit returns and exchanges if abuse of this policy is suspected, such as excessive returns or cancellations.
