Back in the 90s, some guy had the sad and unfortunate idea to chop up a lot of East German surplus to see if it would sell better. Back then, East German surplus was so plentiful, and cheap that people were trying all sorts of things to get rid of it. While we have no idea if it worked at the time, plenty of it made it into the warehouse we found it at, after sitting for 15+ years.

These shorts were cut down from East German Field Pants, and are not an original military item.

Sizing Guide: Because they are shorts, length is not taken into account

44- Small

48- Medium

52- Large

Because these have been in storage for so long, the metal loops may have become corroded. These can be easily be removed by cutting the seam of the fabric loop holding them in place. These were originally military surplus, and they are used, surplus items. This means there could be small imperfections, fading in the pattern etc. We do our best to remove the worst, but sometimes something could slip by.
