Kruschiki Supply Company (KSC) Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
1. Return and Exchange Eligibility:

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact help@kruschiki.com or customerservice@kruschiki.com, or submit a request through your account.

Returned items must be in their original condition with all original packaging.
2. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

If you request a return label from KSC, the cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
3. Exchanges:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on exchanges as well as the shipping cost for the new item once the exchange is processed.
4. Closeout Items:

Items marked as "closeout" are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Multiple Size Orders:

If you order multiple sizes of the same item (e.g., to try different sizes), we will issue store credit for any returns. Refunds will not be issued for these returns.
6. International Orders:

A 20% restocking fee applies to returns due to failure to claim the package or non-payment of import fees. These fees are outside of KSCโs control, so please verify your countryโs import policies before placing an order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, KSC will cover return shipping and either send the correct items or issue a refund. Please contact customer service within 5 days of receiving your order if there are any issues.
8. Abuse of Return/Exchange Policy:

KSC reserves the right to limit returns and exchanges if abuse of this policy is suspected, such as excessive returns or cancellations.
We are a small business, and not Amazon. Orders usually ship in 3-5 Business days, however when we have large influxes of orders, this could be 7-10.
When selecting shipping, you may see a priority option which says โ2 day shipping.โ This refers to shipping time after the order is fulfilled. The shipping price, and time given are set by the USPS and not us. This does not mean the order will arrive to you within 2 days.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
We accept returns within 15 days after delivery for a Refund, Store Credit, or Exchange. To open a return or exchange please contact help@kruschiki.com/customerservice@kruschiki.com or please useย your accountย to request a return and we will be in contact with you.
Returns must be returned in the same condition they are shipped in. Kruschiki supply company does monitor return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns and exchanges. Excessive returns may result in store credit being issued in place of a refund.
Return shipping will be provided by the customer, however if needed KSC can provide return a label and deduct the cost from the refund amount.
If your order arrived damaged or containing the wrong items:ย KSC will provide return postage, send the correct items, or refund. Please reach out to customer service withinย 5 days of delivery.
