Determine Your Height Category: Based on your height, find the appropriate height category in the third table (Short, Regular, Long, Extra-Long).
Combine Sizes: Combine your Russian size from the first table with the number from the second table for a complete Russian size.

Russian Size: 48-50
Height Category: Regular
