How to Determine Your Russian Size:
Find Your Standard Size: Determine your standard size (XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL) and match it with the corresponding Russian size in the first table.
Determine Your Height Category: Based on your height, find the appropriate height category in the third table (Short, Regular, Long, Extra-Long).
Combine Sizes: Combine your Russian size from the first table with the number from the second table for a complete Russian size.

Medium Regular
Standard Size: M
Russian Size: 48-50
Height Category: Regular
Russian Height: 3-4
Final Russian Size: 48-4
