Unissued Soviet SSH-68 Steel Helmets. These helmets were brought into service in the 1960s and were the predominate helmet used during the Soviet war in Afghanistan. They even remain in service today around the world. We have two variants available, both being identical except for the buckles. We have both the tension buckle variant and the pin buckle variant.
these helmets are unissued but some will have scraps and scratches to them from storage and transportation, they are also covered in a white chalky storage powders that will come right off with a wet rag.
